Bauer Combine — Case Study
Bauer's biggest content production of the year. 25+ athletes, three rinks, six stations, two days. I've produced it three years: I built the station schedule that moves every athlete through different content stations, a format I learned working Sharks media days, and coordinated a 25-person crew of directors, shooters, and photographers (in-house plus freelancers I found and hired), with a second producer handling logistics. I planned how each video would get shot and built the right crew for it, and crews rotated through stations on the same schedule as the athletes, so everyone was on the same page. Every year we tweaked and improved that system.
2024: I was a content creator on this shoot and stepped up as producer. A few days out, I realized the schedule couldn't handle how many athletes we'd be shooting at once, so I rebuilt it before day one. That schedule became the framework for how we plan multi-athlete shoots now.
2025: Added runners to move athlete groups between stations. Put way more into pre-production so every shooter and editor knew what we were making before we showed up. Shifted the content to a series-based approach and leaned harder into YouTube long-form concepts.
2026: Built call sheets in Claude and Notion that updated live during the shoot, one for every person on set with concept slides attached, so nobody had to track down a producer to know where to be next. 168 videos in two days.

Minnesota HS Tournament — Solo Live Coverage
One of the biggest events in hockey, covered solo. Four days of run-and-gun social: I shot 15+ games and pulled and posted the viral moments as they happened. When the all-blonde team walked out, cutting it to the right sound fast is what did 13M. That approach became the template for how we covered live events: post live, sensationalize the real moments in a native social style, use in-app text as the hook, and let hockey travel past its niche audience to the general public.

Pulse Launch — Product Launch
Bauer's flagship stick launch, from first teaser through the LE drop.
Pre-pro: The planning side: concepts, schedules, which athletes came in when. This is also where the social capture format took shape: UGC-style product video, plus a pile of wild concepts to shoot with @swaggyp, one of our Bauer creators.
The shoots: Three shoots fed the launch: an athlete event months out, product beauty in studio, and the creator series. Directed the social capture on set and edited most of it. 35 credited posts across the launch.
Pulse LE: The limited edition version of the stick, launched a couple months behind the main drop with its own mini shoot. Small team: a videographer, an art director, and me producing, directing, editing, and shooting parts. Shot some of it on a VHS camera to match the vibe of the graffiti design. One of my favorite edits I did at Bauer.

Live Sports — Game Day
Shot field level at Patriots home games and spent a season embedded with the Sharks. Led capture at media days and cut highlights in real time for club accounts with millions of followers. Before any of that came the Premier Lacrosse League, starting in the league's first season: an assist on an ESPN documentary, then shooting and editing games, with shooters handing cards straight to editors and highlights posting during play.

Road to the Olympics — Campaign
Bauer didn't get the go-ahead to shoot Olympic content until December, which left about six weeks to plan and book everything. Before the Games: eight mini shoots in four cities, scheduled around the athletes' seasons, with the same setup rebuilt at every stop so the footage could cut together into long-form YouTube videos across multiple Olympians. Concepted those shoots, set up the gear, and ran the athletes through the content. Then Italy, shooting with Samsung inside their existing Olympic popup. Coordinated that one: gear through an Italian rental house, and a pre-scout at the venue to find a space in the popup that worked for content. The shoot itself was one day, an interview station and a short-form station running at once. Across the whole campaign, 32 credited posts, 8.8M views, 376K likes.
Athlete & Creator Partnerships — Freelance
This one started in high school. I was cutting Patriots fan edits in class, and in 2019 I made Gronk a retirement highlight reel (he came back). His girlfriend, Camille Kostek, saw it first. She loved it and reposted it. We connected in the DMs, and I started making content for her, then for Gronk too. Camille connected me with Kygo, who wanted a music video cut from footage of her and Gronk together. The Edelman work came through Gronk and 1Up Sports Marketing. I concepted the shoots, directed on set, shot, and edited. Same job I do with NHL players at Bauer now. This is where it started.

About
I started freelancing in 2014, in high school. At 21 I was embedded with an NHL team. At 22 I became Bauer Hockey's first dedicated social content hire.
In four years at Bauer, TikTok grew 6x, from around 100K to 677K followers with 23M+ likes. Instagram grew past 1M in late 2025, from 831K when I started. YouTube runs at 115K subscribers with 105M lifetime views and 5M+ a month. All in, the audience is past 2.5M. I'm credited on 1,000+ posts and published 5 to 10 videos a week, end to end. On my own TikTok I built 40K followers and 1.9M likes, with one video past 5M views.
The System
A big part of my job is bridging the social and production teams. Both plan on one monday.com system I built, with a shared pre-production process. For Combine 2026 that meant live-updating call sheets built with Claude and Notion, individual to every person on set. I review the creative team's edits in Frame.io. I use Claude, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, and Adobe's AI tools across planning and editing. The annual athlete shoot once made a small set of campaign assets. Now one shoot day delivers 50+ pieces.
